Referral Equity is another name for profit sharing. We use these terms interchangeably. Basically when you share refer a new customer to us, that is your stake in the company. Your stake is a percentage of their sales given back to you. To make the deal sweeter, we also reward you when their referrals shop too, up to the 5th level. Instead of buying stock, we ask that you share your referral link and bring us new customers. This is a passive and free way to start building wealth, no matter your age, skill, or education level.
By joining Share a Biz as an ambassador, you just need to refer other people. Since it is 5 tiers deep you can earn exponentially. Basically, every person that signs up with your referral link will then be connected to you as a sub-affiliate. What this means is that every time they make a purchase, you will get 1% commission of their total order. You will also get .75% commission from the people they refer. To take it one step further, you will get another .5% from the people they refer, and then another 0.15% from the people they refer, then another .1% from the people they refer! We are able to do this by splitting the profit of each product we sell. The only way to compete against the giants in this day and age is to partner with the people that made them giants – YOU! This is the people’s business, where we all own a share of it. Every time you refer a customer, you share that profit. This makes you like an owner without owning stock or having to do anymore work. No. In order to operate as a business we need to refund these products to our vendors. We must also remove the commission from your account as well. If we notice a pattern of returns while trying to withdrawals commissions, we will have to deactivate your account until we can undergo an investigation.
If you go to the setting section in your Cash Back portal, you can choose an option of PayPal, in store credit, or Stripe if you are a business.
After you choose the payout method, you then click on the Payouts tab, then click the “request payout” button. We typically process them within 1-3 business days.
Here's How It Works
It is simple in the fact that all you do is shop, share, and earn. As an incentive to shop with us, we split the profit with you with our innovative referral system. To maximize your earning and our customer base, we give you 5 levels of commission. All you have to do is refer others to become customers at our store.
- You get 2% when you shop.
- You get 1% from your direct referrals.
- You get .75% from their referrals.
- You get another .5% from their referrals.
- You get another 0.15%% from their referrals.
- You get another 0.1%% from their referrals.
You may be thinking this doesn’t sound like much, isn’t it just 4.5% total?
The short answer to this question is NO. This is where we need to do some math.

We have 5 tiers, which means you need to multiply the commission % with the amount of people that are referred on each level.
Let’s take a look at the following example if everyone orders something worth $25 that month…
1st Level – Tina shares her link, and 10 people sign up:
Each spends $25, and Tina earns 1% from their purchases.
10 x $25 x 1% = $2.50 (11 people total including Tina, earning $2.50).
2nd Level – Each of these 10 people shares their link with 10 other people each, resulting in 100 people:
Each spends $25, and Tina earns 0.75% from their purchases.
100 x $25 x 0.75% = $18.75 (111 people total including previous levels, earning $18.75).
3rd Level – Each of these 100 people shares their link with 10 other people each, resulting in 1,000 people:
Each spends $25, and Tina earns 0.5% from their purchases.
1,000 x $25 x 0.5% = $125.00 (1,111 people total including previous levels, earning $125.00).
4th Level – Each of these 1,000 people shares their link with 10 other people each, resulting in 10,000 people:
Each spends $25, and Tina earns 0.15% from their purchases.
10,000 x $25 x 0.15% = $375.00 (11,111 people total including previous levels, earning $375.00).
5th Level – Each of these 10,000 people shares their link with 10 other people each, resulting in 100,000 people:
Each spends $25, and Tina earns 0.1% from their purchases.
100,000 x $25 x 0.1% = $2,500.00 (111,111 people total including previous levels, earning $2,500.00).
