I've worked with Charlie to price out multiple different projects, and I can certainly vouch for his professionalism and thorough assessment in assisting customers to find the best products. He isn't just in it for the sales, as he can give an honest opinion of what might be a better fit and help you find solutions you never imagined. Often "construction" in general is not something most people are experts at, so a lot of the time customers don't even know what questions to ask. Charlie does a great job of teaching you to make an informed decision, helping you feel confident with your purchase or in your decision to continue with a project. LumberOne is lucky to have Charlie on their team as they continue to grow in the future.

Charlie from Lumber One is fantastic. I have had the pleasure of consulting with him a few times on client wants/needs and he is very willing to look into different options for clients while working within clients budget. If there is an issue he takes the time to find out more information and try to work within client means which is very important to me while entrusting my clients with a builder. thank you Charlie!

We hired Lumber One to remodel our bathrooms. Not only were they professional but their cost was extremely competitive. They were quick and efficient. Jack gave us updates throughout the process and let us know of any issues or scheduling changes. Their crew was also very friendly and their work was high quality.
