I brought my vehicle in for repairs and was promised my vehicle would be back in pre accident condition. That didn't happen. I was promised a timely repair. The repair process started on Nov 19th and was just completed, although not satisfactory (February 12th). I was promised a credit and a gas card for time lost and inefficient ordering of parts. That never happened. Just an example of some of the parts mistakes... Ordered chrome parts instead of smoked chrome. Ordered two left side grill pieces instead of one for each side. That is just a couple examples. At one point the service advisor said "your truck will be done tomorrow unless the building burns down". The building didn't burn down and my truck still wasn't done. I was promised a call from the regional manager Scott... No call

I had a great experience at Gerber collision in avon mn! They worked with my insurance and everything went smoothly! I am very satisfied!! 😊
