The Yoga/Sauna/Cider event with Rugged Wellness at Milk & Honey Ciders was awesome! I was nervous about it being my first time trying a cold plunge but the hosts and other guests put my friend and me at ease immediately. I would have been comfortable showing up alone because of the sense of community that was created. I’m sure to be back!
100% recommend. The sauna itself is so easy to use and quality. So much fun. We loved our experience with rugged wellness and will absolutely be repeat customers!
I am a sauna enthusiast and these folks do it right! The sauna is clean and HOT and they even bring a plunge tank! I truly cannot wait for the Sauna bites out at Milk & Honey! Such a brilliant idea and a fun way to do something good for your heart, mind, and soul. Cannot get enough!!
This was a perfect way to celebrate my birthday with some friends on a cold winter night! It fit 6 people just fine and we loved the cedar scent. I slept soooo well that night!
