They were good up until this year. The employees that I worked with are gone and the prices and service went with them. My old price was $450 a load and they’d pick up no problem. My new price is $1000 and are not reliable for pickup. Other companies in the area are $500-550 for the same load and are happy to take on new customers. I can’t pay 2x the price for 1/2 the customer service.
Needed a place to drop my trailer for the night. They were very friendly and helpful to work with.
Their truck drivers need to drive more safe. I didn’t get license plates, but I saw the big company logo. Slow down and just peacefully share the roads with drivers who operate smaller vehicles. If you arrive 5 minutes late with the cargo and didn’t get anyone killed on the road, it’s a good day at work.
