One of the best rest stops I’ve been to. Plenty of clean tables and benches. Enclosed weather protected interior, restrooms, vending machines and information area. Well kept scenic outside rest area with path that leads to the water. Bathroom acoustics go crazy though, fyi.
This is a great MN rest stop. There is ton of picnic shelters and has a small playground. The outdoor space is very large and even has a paved walking path along the lake. There is even spots to get down to the water. It is a average sized bathroom building but this stop is usually fairly quiet. It is set back a ways from the interstate so it isn't quite so loud from traffic noise.
Nice, convenient rest area. Lots of open grass to walk on or have your dog stretch his legs, also a pond. The bathrooms were very clean. Lots of parking.
Clean, well-maintained, nice amenities, lots of open space, right on the lake. Very nice as far as rest stops are concerned. Lots of picnic areas and covered picnic areas in case of rain. Lots of parking, not busy at all. What else can you want? Five stars!
Nice rest area to make a quick stop for bathroom or refuel/stretching. Bit small but clean and well kept. Got playground and vending machine. Wouldn’t asked for more for a rest area…
