The battery on my MacBook Pro was bulging so much, it bowed out the trackpad. Unique Software was able to fix it the same day, and they even let me watch. Another time they helped me trick out my Mac Mini with an extra SSD drive. Not as easy as it sounds. Great staff, great service.
I have been a customer of Unique Software for close to 20 years and they have never disappointed me. I purchased several home computers from them based on my specifications and their suggestions. Whenever there have been problems (e.g., PC failures due to brown outs), they have tried to fix them over the phone first (for free!). When that hasn't worked, they have been prompt about fixing them at their office. If you want to do business with honest and knowledgeable people who offer good service, prices and reliable products, this is the place!
Extremely rude customer service. Called to inquiry about a Macbook repair and the man responding to the call was terrible. I simply wanted to know the diagnostic fees and time required for it. He started off stating that he "already knew that the insurances won't cover it any ways" (How does he even know what ins or policies I have?). And that he's done this job plenty of times and that he has never seen one that did. As such, I would just pay to have it replaced. Before I could even get a word out, he continued rambling on about warranties and how I should just pay Unique Software to do it. After an exhaustive 20 minutes of hearing his sales pitch, I was finally able to get my answer that it would take an entire day and a fee for them to review my laptop. Thanks; but no thanks. W
Awesome place!! Joe is so calm and goes the extra mile to help. I've had them replace a hard drive on my iMac which felt scary to me at the time but they take the fear out of computer issues. This is the only place I will go to repair my computers.
Excellent Service. I'd trust them with my Apple products before any in-store help
