So the transport driver called ahead and specified a pick up time that would work for both of us, and he appeared exactly on time, great guy, so efficient that I went into the house to find my wallet, as I’m moving and finding anything is a challenge. I went out to tip him and he already left! Totally a seamless transaction, good price and I would highly recommend Cash for Cars!
Kiran Kumar with Cash for Cars was a delight to work with and helped to made the experience relatively smooth despite administrative delays outside of his control. Reporting on the condition of my former vehicle was fairly straight forward, submission of required paperwork was easy, and scheduling for vehicle pickup/payment was flexible through a local, friendly towing service. I believe Kiran helped me get the best compensation for my vehicle given it's condition and the circumstances. Best of all, he wasn't pushy or relentless like salesmen from other dealerships. I recommend Cash for Cars for anyone looking to sell their vehicle quickly with little to no fuss.
I was originally told they could pick it up in the afternoon on a Friday but they don't do pick ups on Friday afternoon. I was told the could do it Friday morning or they could reschedule it for the next week sometime in the middle of the day. Basically giving me no option but to have the car picked up while I was at work. The driver gave my wife a check that was not written out to me or my dad that was also on the title because he was my cosigner. Got the run around having to go through several menus and talk to a several people trying to talk to the right person at their office to reissue a check. Meanwhile the driver called her directly to tell her what he done. I made it clear that the check should be made out to me. Then they preceded to send me a checks that was only made out to my f
He was absolutely amazing, quick, informative and knowledgeable about everything. He also made sure that I understood the process and offered more than any other place I had inquired about! Highly recommend!
