Avoid this yard if you value your time, professionalism, or basic customer service. I’ve been working with Copart for years across many locations, and I have never experienced anything as frustrating and unprofessional as Copart St. Cloud over the past couple of months. First of all — double and triple check every document they hand you. Mistakes happen constantly, and fixing their errors can waste hours or even days of your time. Instead of helping resolve issues, they often make you feel like everything is somehow your fault or your transporter’s fault. This is also the only Copart location I’ve personally dealt with that refuses to release vehicles without extremely strict trailer and appointment requirements, and even if you DO arrive properly prepared with a trailer, don’t expect th
These people are the worst. Sophie hung up on me when calling to speak with Michelle polasky. The tow truck driver stole parts from my brand new car and then drove it with zero coolant. After Michelle emailed that tow truck driver started and drove my car with zero coolant i called to speak to her directly I was told she was on conference call. Said thats fine I'll wait on hold I was hung up on. Hour later no response so I call again, new lady answers this time,extremely rude,told me not to call every hour. (Only 2nd time calling ever) wouldn't let me speak without talking over me. Still radio silence. No response email, no call back. These people are scum of the earth.
We have been purchasing lots from Copart for over 15 years and have won dozens of not hundreds of units. When there is a single issue it is near impossible to get any resolution. They sold my company a boat and trailer with clear titles listed. I got the titles and went to do the transfer and both the DMV and DNR said that these titles are no good as there were duplicates applied and issued AFTER the sale date that we won. I called Copart to tell them what is going on and that they needed to get this fixed so I can get current titles and do the transfers. They created a ticket and the manager Michelle P. said she will reach out to the old owners to see then closed the ticket. Company in my opinion are crooks. I bought a boat that showed a spare tire in the pictures but after I picked it up I realized it was not in the boat, but since I already left the lot. They would do nothing to make it right. I paid really high buyer and others fees ,almost $3000 dollars. You would think if they would take care of there customers .
The most rude guy with a name of Jordan or Joldan works here, he doesn’t even tell his name right, first of all they don’t have charged enough jumpers so he had to connect two at same time and after it doesn’t work because of lack power he said that we done and we should move because they have tight schedule which was ridiculous cause we spent only about 5 min although we had 3 lots to preview
