My wife and I were looking for a newer home and acreage and we knew if we wanted both we would have to build. We are very thankful to have worked with Rudy and Vonnie of Novak Builders to build our dream home. Our first meeting with them was in August 2019 and we were moved into our new home at the end of January 2020. Going into it we had no idea what the process to build a house was and they walked us through it every step of the way. We gave them our price range and a rough list of what we wanted in a house and they showed us several floor plans in our price range and we were able to decide on one and make changes to it to make it our own. Once we had made our choices and planned out exactly what we wanted and which lot we wanted the house on they took care of the rest. It was such an

My wife and I were referred to Novak Builders and it has been an amazing experience! I grew up with a family of construction workers and I am nothing but impressed with how the process went. We picked our lot and had a budget and floor plans in mind and Rudy and Vonnie showed us a few ideas that was close to what we had in mind and added everything we wanted to make it perfect! I don’t use the word perfect very often but the fact is... this was perfect! Anything that wasn’t during the process before I said anything Rudy was on it and made it perfect!! Rudy met with us at the lot a few times and gave us the play by play and Vonnie was always in touch with time frame and schedules. Rudy and Vonnie had our best interest in mind and gave us great feedback and helpful ideas during the process t
