Many Thanks to Jay , Soren and the team at Gerber collision & glass. Got an estimate done for my car, and they fixed my car door so it was operable with no charge. Feeling blessed to have great service, addressed the issues professionally and with great concern . I came thinking I was going to have a huge bill, but left with a functional car, and an estimate that was very reasonable. Great team , great work, great care, great Gerber.🙂

Terrible experience. Nothing was ready like they said it would be sat in there office for over an hour just for them to tell me to reschedule and come back another day after I had to take off work to make it to the appointment THEY set for me already. Would not recommend to anyone.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Note. They outsource glass repair so this review is more about that third party, so heads up about their glass repair partner. They missed the first day that the replacement was scheduled due logistics issues. I understand this happens, but the issue is they provided no update until I called at the end of the day. Had to reschedule. Same exact thing happened on the rescheduled day. Still logistics issues and no updates from them during the day. While I understand logistic issues, I don’t appreciate the lack of customer care or concern.

Great experience at this multi-faceted shop! Great work. Great people. Very accommodating and friendly. My vehicle looks like new after a large collision loss and shop took care of everything - including a loaner car! Full service mechanical here as well!!

Brought my truck in after smashing the tailgate, they quoted me $4,000 for a new tailgate and install. I then went to Foley Collision Center where they quoted me $1800 for the exact same thing. Very sad to see what was a great local business get ruined by new ownership.
