  We paid half up front for a retaining wall project and a clear-out project. Neither project got completed, and we did not receive our deposit back. I hope the complete lack of response to multiple emails and texts simply means that we got ripped off, and not that something serious happened to Francis. An additional issue was that the retaining wall materials that Francis recommended is not actually possible to use for the type of wall we needed, and we are out of pocket for a whole new set of materials as well. Next time we will know to get a more solid project proposal, and to not pay so much up front as a deposit--turns out that is not the usual way of doing business.

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR SERVICES!!! I paid for services, they didn’t show up for my appointment and no response. They would finally keep changing my appointment date and not showing up until they just stopped responding. I did not receive my money back and have still no received a response. I had a friend call to get a quote on landscaping and he called right back and would follow up if she didn’t respond right away as he was ignoring me. I ultimately have to go to small claims. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICES!!
