  I deeply regret having hired Grove company to do our irrigation project because I ended up paying more than I had intended and our lawn looked like a battlefield when they were finished. Many of the heads are surrounded by dirt instead of sod. There are dips, holes, and humps throughout the yard. When I brought this up to Brent, he flippantly replied that "everything will settle and that some yards turn out and some yards don't." I will be astounded to see a hole settle and level out! I will have alot of dirt work and seeding to do on top of paying a premium price for a sub par installation. Speaking of price, Brent raised the price twice because he was working from his memory of the bid and not from a written document. Granted, I added one item but deleted another, so....things should hav

  Being a neighbor of a property that was having yard work done, this company does not care that they are in a residential neighborhood. No concern for neighbors, we live at the end of a cul de sac, the neighbor two homes over. Dumping mulch, rock, sand and whatever else in the middle of the street, that had just been redone by the city, and using a bobcat that has left holes and tracks all over our street. When they attempt to clean up at the end of the day, instead of using some sort of water, they use a blower and blow dust and whatever is on the street, all over the neighborhood with no cares that a neighbors vehicle is in the path, and not to mention what all the dust and remnants are going all over neighbors homes.   The service was not terrible but it wasn’t great either. I hired Grove to blow out my sprinkler system before winter. This was the first time I had ever owned a home with a sprinkler system and the first time I had ever hired Grove. They sent me a heads up text the previous day saying “Grove irrigation tomorrow morning” with no additional information. I assumed that since they didn’t say anything else all was good. The next day they texted and called me multiple times while I was at work asking where I was. I had no idea I needed to be home or that I had to prepare anything ahead of time. All worked out fine and they were able to perform the sprinkler blowout, but additional direction or communication would’ve been greatly appreciated. The communication was horrible to say the least.

  This company was very professional and did an amazing job putting in my irrigation system. They listened to what you want and go above and beyond by making sure that if you have any questions on your yard they are answered. They also were very quick at getting the job done. An awesome job and would use them again.

  I am so-o happy with the excellent work that Brent and his experienced workers did for me. They put down perfect sod and an awesome maple tree in my front yard. They were very diligent in getting everything perfect. I followed their instructions for care and have a beautiful front yard. I highly recommend this professional service.
