  The front of my property was uneven and hard to mow; every time it rained water would pond up in my yard next to my driveway. I also had a turnaround area that was low and uneven, which was a real problem in the winter when the driveway was icy. Jim leveled the low areas of my yard and then filled in the dips with black topsoil and dragged it to make my yard as level as possible. Once the grass was reestablished the entire yard was easy to mow and I no longer had a problem with water ponding after a heavy rain. I decided to extend my turnaround and add a covered roof to store my firewood. Jim cleared the area and extended my turnaround back into the woods. He added crushed concrete for the base and compacted it to form a solid, level foundation that I built a 12’ x 24’ roof over to keep

  We are very happy with our 20’ patio paver fire pit area and the walkway connects perfectly to our deck ramp. Jim is a very hard worker and left the site clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend!
