  Unit is clean, seems pretty secure even to the point where sometimes the door is hard to open to the unit. My biggest complaint is that half to 3/4 of the lights at the facility blink like it's a rave. It makes it tough when it's dark, cuz nearly all the lights on the inside of the compound blink like crazy. Thankfully I don't suffer from epilepsy, but I can see how that might be a problem for somebody.   We rented a unit in Clearwater Mn for a few years. And just transferred to Becker MN. The charge was great.

  I dont recommend them. I haven't been able to open my storage door since November. The plow truck has pushed all the snow in front of all the storage doors. It's ice now.. when this company bought the storage facility they also increased my rate by $15 and sat I have to have insurance. Ridiculous!

  The best customer service have ever received. They were honestly wanting to help me and were willing to go the extra mile. Return my phone call promptly and listened to what I said. Then began working with me to DO MORE then I asked. I highly recommend SROA to anyone. Thank you ladies for all you did. Your the best.

  Easy online sign up and payment. Most reasonably priced in the area. 1st 2 months are free. What's not to like. But if I had to give it one negative. It would be the hours allowed In. Gate locks at 10pm. I don't get it. it makes no sense. What about the 2nd and 3rd shift people? Or when moving and storing, you encounter long days, and 10pm doesn't make sense, to me. It should be 24/7. There's no reason for it not to be. The place is clean and gated with pin code entry. As far as storage facilities go, I'd recommend.
