Super friendly staff and always very helpful. This has become my preferred location because the customer service is consistently great, and the team is welcoming and efficient every time I come in. Definitely a much better experience compared to the Elk River location. Highly recommend!
The overall vibe felt a bit uncomfortable. It seemed like the staff weren’t very interested in providing customer service, which made the experience less welcoming than expected.
The UPS store has been a godsend in our community!!! They are so friendly and accommodating. They also have reasonable hours to be able to get there.
