  Left messages for a week before he called back. When he finally called he was rude, kept saying GoodBye as I was explaining my situation, he said he would charge me $250 for an estimate and would be coming out during the week, but then never answered my messages or called back. I finally went somewhere else. This guy left me hanging for two weeks with major water damage to my home, when I could have been calling someone else. If you cant trust someone to contact you before the job, how can you trust them to respond to your insurance company, and how can you trust them to come out to do the job when they say they will, or to trust them to even do a good job once they come out.   They might do good work, I don't know. Spoke to them gave them my info to callback, that was 3 weeks ago. Have left several message no callback. I guess they don't want my business.
