I cannot say enough good things about our HVAC technician Mike M and the service we received during our AC installation. From the moment he arrived, he was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He answered all of our questions, kept the workspace clean, and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find people who take such pride in their work anymore, and it really showed. The new AC unit works amazing, and we’re so grateful for the outstanding service he provided. Highly recommend Mike M to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and high-quality HVAC work!

This is the 2nd time we have had Neighborhood out to our home for services and we cannot say enough good things about them. This last time we did some electrical work and Pete was fantastic. He kept me informed the whole time with what was going on and at the end something wasn't going quite right and he stayed to make sure everything was working appropriately before he left. We love Neighborhood!

Everyone at Neighborhood Services was very pleasant to deal with. They were able to schedule a softener service immediately and Ted came out on time and was very professional and courteous. Gave several options for a new softener system and will have him install once we make our decision. I feel very good about my choice of companies and look forward to working with them for our new water softener installation would definitely recommend.

I had a pipe break in my laundry room this morning.. Water was shooting out and I got soaked trying to find where the main shutoff was. I called neighborhood plumbing and was happy to hear that they would get someone out to look at the pipe. Then I got a call that Michael was on the way to my house. He quickly assessed the situation. He went to his truck and got the part. In not very long he had it fixed at a very reasonable price! He was a very nice young man and he did a great job fixing the pipe break. I was thrilled with the service. I will definitely call Neighborhood if I need help again. Thank you!!
