I reached out to Ace regarding my 20 year old AC unit breaking recently. They were able to answer all my questions and even pre diagnosed the problem before even coming out. The technician Alex, was very polite and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do to fix my AC! I was afraid of bigger companies just trying to tell me it was broken and I had to buy a whole new system, ACE fixed it and even did some preventative maintenance on my AC & Furnace to get me ready for the winter months ahead! 10/10 would recommend! Great pricing also.

October 2024: Alex came out to my house to service my heater. Very pleasant, efficient, and got the job done. Always a pleasure to know that service calls are handled quickly and with the best interest of the homeowner. Ace Heating & Air Conditioning Is my go-to company for everything about heating and air conditioning my house. The employees are friendly, knowledgeable, and very courteous. I found this company quite by accident, but it was meant to be. I highly recommend them because I know they treat everyone with so much respect. They are real people who take care of us throughout the years.

Ace heating was prompt at coming to the house when our base board heating system stopped working on Wednesday morning, and they were quick to expedite the hard-to-get part and install it, leaving us without heat for only 24 hours! Very happy and grateful with their service and initiative! Thank you Alex!

Ace heating and Air was a pleasure to work with. On the initial call, The technician asked in-depth questions about the problem, so that he made sure to have all the parts ready to go to fix it. I originally had a different company come out and tried twice fixing it still was having issues. Ace heating and air knew exactly what was going on, had the parts to fix it, and was very professional. Thanks again for coming out on a Sunday and giving us heat on the coldest night of the year.

Ace Heating and Air Conditioning was more than we could have asked for. I called them after hours and we talked through our issues of a non working furnace. We agreed to have a tech come out the next morning. After extensive tries, the technician had to turn the gas off and give us the news it would not be safe to go any further. Sadly, our furnace of 24 years was given last rites. Within a half hour, we had three different quotes giving us options, without pressure! The next morning two techs arrived and replaced our furnace along with an upgraded air conditioner, because let’s face it, when one goes the other follows!! Our home is toasty warm once again. Thank you Ace Heating and Air Conditioning for making us feel like we were your priority that day!
