Joshua & Christian were great - very nice, professional and honest! Loved the text messages updating us on when they’d be here too. We have a 22 year old A/C unit that wasn’t blowing cold air. Anticipated the worst and was extremely happy when it turned out to be an easy cheap fix. Will definitely be repeat customers!
Amazing service! Came out to look over AC unit. Super friendly, explained everything and let me know it all looked great! Gentleman cleaned off AC unit for me also. Very professional, knowledgeable and polite! Definitely recommend!!
Our furnace went out just a few days before a streak of -25 below weather, and Swenson Heating and Air Conditioning had it running again before the cold spell. I was so relieved from the first phone call because they were able to come out to check out our issue within an hour and a half. It took a couple of days for the part, but I expected that. Josh was knowledgeable and efficient and answered all of our many questions about other services we are planning on for the future. He never tried to up-sell us on anything, letting us know that, while our furnace isn't all that efficient, it's pretty simple and the parts that do go out are not all that complicated to repair or replace. I was having issues with my furnace and it would leak a bit and then stop heating. They were able to send Josh out the same day to take a look at it. Josh diagnosed the problem and got it all up and running again. Swenson’s was fantastic to work with from start to finish! Thank you guys again!
5 start service all the way around! Super friendly and quick! My furnace went out yesterday and found out it needed to be fully replaced. They got me taken care of right away! So grateful for Swenson Heating and Air Conditioning! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!
