This company assured they would stand behind their products. I’ve purchased multiple products for our company and the efflorescence cleaner didn’t work nor did the paver sealer work. After 6 months the paver sealer faded and turned dull and white. After talking to the guy who made the sealer ( of course his pride wouldn’t allow him to listen) I figured this would happen. Shame to the company that claims to stand by their product and when the products don’t work they try and finagle a way to say it wasn’t applied properly. I will never use this company again and I recommend no one else to. Don’t waste your time and please don’t respond to this saying give you a call someone will help me because I been waiting since September!

Beware do it yourselfers or home owners. Do not buy this product! wrong company to do business with. Here are before and after pictures of my patio. Product went down perfect, but as soon as it rained, my patio's finish was ruined. After contacting the company, they informed me that is for professional use only, even though I bought it at a retail outlet. Here is what they sent me: "IMPORTANT NOTICE: Since the use of this product is beyond the control of the manufacturer, no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied is made for the merchantability, fitness or suitability for the use of this product or otherwise extending beyond the description hereof except the obligation to replace that product for portion of shipment proved defective. Furthermore, nothing contained herein shall be cons

When one sits and thinks about what makes a great company, a lot of requirements have to be met. SRW meets all those requirements, plus goes a huge step further! They have the best sales rep of all time! Josh Long is a solid guy, and can handle anything, or any complication with ease. 5 stars to the company, & 10 stars to the man!!

SRW Products are great products to use in regards to all your landscape and hardscape needs. They make great Poly-sand , Wet-lok , Fabrics , ETC We use their products for almost every hardscape installation we do. Josh our representative for where we are established has been nothing but helpful since we met him. Helping with installation issues , Sealing , Patio Cleansing / Wall Cleansing - And even offering job-site visits which is greatly appreciated. Keep it Up!!
