What stands out most is the genuine care they show for their customers. This past winter, during a period of extremely cold temperatures, I experienced an issue with my lock. Great Place. Nice Clean and never had an issue with access. Staff response time is great and very easy to work with. If I had the need again. I will definitely rent from them again.
Fair and competitive pricing. Very clean and well organized facility. Has better lighting and security than other storage facilities I did business with in the past. The ability to go there 24/7 is extremely helpful for me and my schedule. Being able to go there after work, Without having to worry about it closing is nice.
I rented one of the 10x10 units here and was extremely happy with my experience. The online portal is easy to use to rent the unit and pay rent. Customer service was always quick and polite when answering questions. Overall I would rent again if the need arises.
