  After giving 2 weeks notice by email and several voice mails , they still took a monthly payment and I have NOT received a reply by voice or email about my deposit and return payment …going on 4 weeks. I signed up for auto pay so there was never a late payment and I rented a unit for 100$ a month for 7 years. It’s recently under new management but bad customer service all the way around. I don’t think they have an office on site nor does anyone ever answer the phone or messages. They just sent a reminder to me about my upcoming payment. HELLO I MOVED OUT 9/23/24. Looks like i need to contact the attorney general after today

  This is our second time having a storage with this facility. We needed a 10 x 30 on very short notice and they were able to get us one. The units are clean and well taken care of. They have regular garage units as well as container units. The girls in the office are very courteous and easy to deal with. They are friendly on the phone and were very helpful setting up our automatic payments. We have had no trouble with it the payments processing, and I appreciate the monthly reminder at the end of the month that rent is due and which day it will be paid from my account. I highly recommend using this facility for your storage needs.

  FIRST OF ALL... Ashley & Lydia, I owe you an apology. I'm sorry for my strongly worded email. Thank you for being so professional! I give Railside Mini Storage a 5⭐ 2 👍👍 thumbs up rating. I honestly in the beginning had not planned on writing a very good review. I was Very pleasantly surprised by the way this experience turned out. I am Never ashamed to admit when I'm wrong and I was wrong. Lydia and Ashley are kind and very professional their customer service is exceptional! I went to the rental office in person (there's also an option to conveniently Renton storage unit online and make an account so you don't really have to go in but I recommend that you do!) and rented a mini storage unit about an hour or two later I started receiving emails saying that in order to qualify for your d
