We have had a great experience with Thunder Drains. They got us on the books quickly, and Pierre came out and was helpful, informative, and personable. He gave us some great tricks to help prevent our issue and recommendations for next steps. We’ll definitely work with Thunder Drains again in the future!

Zack was on time and did a great job.Cleared my drain in no time. Both of the workers that showed up here shared their knowledge with me on how to avoid the problem from happening again. I would definitely recommend your company to others in need of repairs of clogs.

Brenden came out on a Saturday shortly after I placed a call, I received a text that he would be arriving between 11-1 & he was here within the first hour. Two of my kids played a huge roll in our two bathrooms being clogged. We recently moved into this house & I had no idea where the location was on the stuff he needed to inspect & possibly work on was. He did an amazing job on explaining everything in simple terms to me, he communicated with my husband through the phone on questions I didn’t have the answer for, the entire time he was here he was putting in the work to fix the problems we were having. Our toilets now work even better than before he came out! All around a great dude. Appreciate him working on a Saturday & showing up within the first hour of his time slot. I also love the

Brenden Scheff was fantastic. Super friendly and professional. He got my kitchen sink pipes unclogged in a short time and gave some tips to help in future. Would highly recommend and will be using thunder drains from now on for any future issues. The lady who answered me to schedule was also fast and professional.
