Ryan sold me my house back in 2017, and now I've had him come out and he did an inspection on my home after a hail storm. He provided me with a detailed report and photos of all the damage he saw. He helped me through the process and made it as seamless as possible. His crews did great work and everything was left clean when finished. Ryan and his project manager were onsite and making sure everything was done right and looked great. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for exterior work or real estate needs!

​If you are looking for a contractor who is as honest as he is skilled, I cannot recommend Ryan highly enough. After having some difficult experiences with contractors in the past, we were hesitant about a project of this scale, but Ryan completely put our minds at ease. ​ From the start, Ryan went above and beyond. He took the time to explain the entire insurance claim process in great depth. Most impressively, he worked directly with our insurance company to ensure every necessary repair was covered—resulting in a significantly more comprehensive approval than the insurance company’s initial inspection offered. I had the pleasure of working with RMK Contracting Inc. for some cosmetic siding repairs on my house in Princeton, and I couldn't be more impressed. With my home on the market and a tight timeline, Ryan at RMK listened to my needs and made sure the job was completed within 72 hours of ordering the supplies. Not only was the job done efficiently, but the price was also incredibly reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent, and Ryan’s customer service was top-notch. We had an excellent experience working with RMK Contracting. Ryan was hands-on throughout the entire process and worked with us personally, always keeping quality and our budget in mind. His attention to detail and customer-focused approach really set him apart. He was even thoughtful enough to accommodate our four-year-old’s schedule, which we greatly appreciated. The project moved quickly, and when issues came up from shortcuts taken by the previous owner, Ryan offered affordable, long-lasting solutions. He and his crew were professional, skilled, and left the site spotless, every last bit of debris was cleaned up. Communication was outstanding; Ryan is very responsive; he stopped by several times a day to check progress. We never felt overlooked or like we were one of many jobs; he ma
