  THEY MADE MY LAPTOP LIVE AGAIN. I've had my msi gaming laptop since 2020, and after seeing 10 years worth of use from me in a 3 year span it seemingly died at the end of 2023. In February of 2024 I thought I'd take it in out of curiosity to see what part went out and they brought it back to life, no attempts at upcharging or screwing around, it was like I brought it to a family member to fix. I'm posting this review a year after I brought it in and my laptop is still alive and kicking. Thank you guys for your knowledge and expertise, I will forever recommend you to anyone I know.

  These people are Awesome !! They go the extra mile for their customers! I would give them ten stars if that was an option. Update: we had a warning on our computers, seemed like a scam so we called F1. Amber called back in less than 2 mins and confirmed, told us what to do. These people are TOO AWESOME.

  Faster and less expensive than any other place in the area. Excellent customer service. They will remember who you are, what work you've had done, etc. When you think of the service you used to get in the "good ol' days" when everyone knew everyone in town by name, that is what you're getting here.

  Had a Dell laptop locked at was a expensive one . It was diagnosed and repaired . Great time on repair. Awesome price. Really good communication. Very pleased with the entire process. Will recommend to all family and friends.
