I can not put into words how grateful we are for the service Jake and his team provided for us. We had a massive tree fall on our house at 4:30 am. They were out by 7:30 and had it all gone by 11:30. The kindness and understanding we were given was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. The team moved in with such professionalism and efficiency that even our neighbors stopped us to comment on the whole process. I highly recommend this company for any size job and look forward to working with them again. Hopefully not under another emergency situation.

Amazing service and response time. I spoke with Jake Sunday May 31st and the task was completed Monday June 8th ( 8 days). It would've been sooner if the previous weekend wasn't soo rainy. Jake is efficient and friendly. You can trust him/ the company with your tree care/ needs. 100/10 would reccomend

Jake, TJ, and Kyle were extremely helpful in discussing our needs, and suggesting a course of action to address diseased ash trees, brush removal and widened the trails in the back of our house. What would have taken me weeks or months, they accomplished in 6 hours. The transformed our landscape from an overgrown nightmare to a blank slate ready for a terraced garden. If you are looking for an honest and affordable tree service, call Jake. I’m over the moon happy with the results.

We have used Jake’s Top Notch Tree Service twice now, and both experiences have been excellent. They are wonderful to work with from start to finish. Communication was constant and clear, so we always knew what to expect. The invoicing process was simple, and they offer multiple convenient payment options, which made everything easy. The crew was professional, efficient, and left our property clean and well cared for. It’s hard to find a company that combines quality work with great customer service, but they truly do.
