Mike and Jesse came out today to repair our well cap and pipe that had cracked. I can’t give them enough praise! They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable allowing them into my home to shut off the pump. Both of them worked very efficiently and took the time to explain the mechanics of a well pump to me. If we ever need help in the future, I will be calling Bill’s Well Drilling and asking for the Mike and Jesse team!

We will defiantly recommend and call on Bill's again for well/water needs on our farm. Great customer service! Great communication regarding timeline on site, diagnosed issue quickly & repared for a reasonable price. We are fortunate to have a great well company in our area!

Jesse just left our home, and did some repairs/replacement on well parts for us. Phenomenal customer service, best I’ve had in a LONG time. Pricing is exceptional as well. You have earned our business for a lifetime and we will most definitely be recommending Bill’s! A++++, outstanding!

Jesse arrived on time and diagnosed issue within 5 minutes of exiting vehicle. Also pinpointed other issues that may cause future problems. Another service tech arrived soon after and they made a great team completing all repairs to get water flowing again. Very professional and great guys to be around. Highly recommend and will use again for any well/water issues.

I would rate 10 stars if it went that high. Service expectations were not only met but exceeded. Kelly took the time to explain my system (and the fix) to me and also asked questions to make sure he was giving accurate advice based on my specific set up. Ultimately it saved me time, kept it to one trip, and ensured my sanity. Thank you!
