These guys know their stuff when it comes to vehicles. They come to you with any problems noted and also have solutions available and at a decent price. Great customer service, no pressure or upselling things, clean waiting area, and free snacks and drinks. Will definitely continue to recommend them!

I had great experience. Noah (I think his name is) was incredibly helpful. I had some very sub par work done at another shop. Noah clearly communicated everything to me in a way that I could understand and sent me a video demonstrating the poor work done by the other shop. He performed the work and fixed the issues created by the other shop in a timely manner. The car is now in great shape and I feel safe driving it again.

I had a great experience at Top Point Automotive, especially working with Noah. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me understand what was going on with my car. He took the time to explain the issue clearly without making it feel overwhelming or confusing, which I really appreciated. The service was efficient, and the quality of the work was excellent. I have been using them for a while now, it’s always such friendly people, clean waiting area. Free snacks, drinks and tv which is nice. They’ve fixed my vehicle right always and I feel like it’s been great prices. They’ve never felt pushy or like they’re trying to upsell me on things, and as a woman it makes me feel so good. I recommend everyone I know here and I will continue to do so.

I had been to a few shops and out almost a thousand dollars, I asked on social media for a shop that knows exactly what they’re doing or if other people had issues that shops couldn’t figure out and then they found one that did. I was recommended by many to have an inspection done at Top Point and I now see why. Long story short I went to a few shops in St. Cloud, and they kept wanting to “try this” but was never a solid, yes this is the problem. So I did what they said to try and almost $1,000 later still having the issue with my vehicle. I then schedule to get into top point and literally within, 15 minutes the guy came and said here’s the problem the cost and this is when we could do it. Very hesitant and questioning them and myself I decided, whatever I’ll try once more. I got my car b
