We used Nelson Sanitation & Rental for a portable restroom in the winter of 2022 to the spring of 2023, while we were building our home. With the many challenges with the snow fall in 2022, they were very reliable coming out. Exceptional company to work with.
Angie has been great to work with scheduling our pit cleanings at our wash. The crew is timely, very friendly and do a great job every time! Would definitely recommend!
Terrible customer service. They were working on my street and caused all my toilets to overflow violently (water spraying to the ceiling) and caused the whole house to smell like a sewer. When I went out to talk them and see what was going on they shrugged and said “better get some towels.” I called the company and they said they were contracted by the city so couldn’t help us. I was left cleaning up a huge mess while trying to care for my two toddlers and the house still smells!
