The experience and communication was positive at first, but did not turn out in the end. I contacted Troy for a replacement garage door on both of our garage doors. We had been shopping around for a while via various companies. Troy asked for what I was quoted from a previous company, and took my measurements from that document. He did not offer to come out and measure, he did not ask me to go out and measure myself, and he went ahead and ordered based on that quote I shared. Being as I'm a customer, I trusted the process used at Reliable Door Service LLC. Awesome Customer Service!!! I had a small issue with a hinge and reached out to Reliable Door Service. Not only did Troy quickly understand what I needed, but he also offered multiple convenient options to get the part to me—including having someone drop it off within minutes! It was a simple $10 part, but they treated it like it mattered. That kind of responsiveness and care is rare these days. Friendly, fast, and truly reliable—just like their name says. Reliable Door Service was awesome! Troy was very detailed and prompt in replacing 2 broken springs on my garage door! He took the time to explain and show me how to do future maintenance, and their cost is very reasonable! Also, super nice guy! Highly recommend!

I give this company an A+ for being the best in the business. Reliable Door Service scheduled a job requiring two trucks in November 2024 with a near-no-travel advisory. Installed two 12x10 overhead doors with openers along with an 8x7 door. They took the stress away from the job at a reasonable price. Other than seeing the overhead doors, I didn't even know they came and left.
