Highly recommend Motor Works of Sartell! I brought my car in for some major brake work and they knocked it out of the park. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional, and super transparent about what needed to be done and why. No upselling or pressure — just honest advice and quality work. They finished the job faster than expected, the price was fair (actually cheaper than the dealer quote), and my car feels brand new again. If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst customer service I've ever encountered. I called last week for an alignment on my husband's 2003 Olds Alero. They said they had something for this monday come in around 7:40. I was quoted 119.00$ which apparently later was a problem. I said we couldn't make that time as my husband needed to be at work at 8 am. The guy I talked to said we have a shuttle service and I said great as long as he's to work by 8. He was dropped off at work at 8:10. It was also set up for him to be picked up after work at 4:30 as it was only an alignment and they assured me it would be done. Neither my husband or I heard from them all day. 4:30 rolls around and my husband is sitting there waiting for their shuttle. He calls them and apparently he wasn't going to g

Motor Works Sartell is my go-to shop for all car needs. I've been to other repair shops in St. Cloud and none have matched their service and integrity. We took are car in for maintentance and a repair, Bradley made sure we were confident in driving our car before the Memorial Day holiday.
