The T Mobile team at this location is and has always been top notch with customer service and care! Every time I've stopped by it's always been an amazing experience. James specifically has been an amazing help with squaring my family and I away with all our needs!!! Thanks James and everyone here at this T Mobile location!!

Moe and Mayra were a big help today. They were friendly, articulate, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They also worked well together and seemed to enjoy working there. We are in our 70's so we appreciated that they did not "talk down" to us. They are an asset to T-Mobile.

We went to the Sartell T Mobile site this afternoon to get help with a new phone. James is the gentlemen who helped us and he was amazing. He was helpful, empathetic and kind and made sure that we fully understood the process and all of the steps he was taking to complete the process. I was so impressed by his knowledge and kindness. You are very lucky to have James as an employee with T mobile!

Had a great experience here thanks to James who helped us with a major issue with our 2-year-old phone. Super friendly and knowledgeable, he solved the problem in under five minutes, and we were happily on our way. We'll be coming back to this location again when we're ready to upgrade.
