Terrible and awful, I'm so mad at myself for allowing this to happen to me. The kicker is that I paid the ridiculous amount not realizing the increase till after. YOU CAN'T CANCEL EVEN TWO DAYS INTO THE FOLLOWING MONTH after you paid. They make you finish the month of paying astronomical prices. I also figured out that I have been getting charged TRIPLE or for last 3YEARS compared to other options before the recent hike I just dealt with. I blame myself too, I should have been more careful about this. Then they have the guts to charge you to remove there containers for 60 bucks to cancel the services on top of it. So gross, I should have been more careful.
I just started with them about a month ago. They have missed pickup 2 times now. I reported the 2nd missed service (pickup is Thursday )I received a message saying it'll get picked up the following business day(Friday). Now they missed that too. Now I got a message saying it won't be picked up til Monday. I'm seriously considering going back to my previous trash company.
I'm writing this review as I sit here on my phone for over 1 hour to cancel my overpriced residential service. It's pretty ridiculous that you guys cant have better customer service. Never using this poor customer service company again.
Was not bad when we started in 2020. Since 2023 to now my bill has gone up $30 per billing cycle (2mths), $180 just this year (2025-2026), it has doubled since 2024, which they gauged another $30 per billing cycle. Therefore, it has gone up almost $400 in two years. Crazy. Will never recommend them. On top of it to cancel my service I waited on hold for over 15mins...and I'm probably still waiting.....
Place has really dropped in quality in just a couple years. Can't even get a simple extra garbage bin delivered. They better not charge me for 3 weeks of service even though it shows I have the bin and I still do not..
