I have used D&P's twice for vehicle services. They have been by far the best auto shop I've used. They have far better customer service and communication then I have had in the past at other auto shops. I feel like I can trust their judgement as someone that doesn't know anything about vehicles repairs. Setting up appointments is quick and easy and the turnaround on service has been quite fast. I am happy with what I am paying and getting when I have needed work done on my vehicle. If you're reading this and in need of Auto work, I suggest you use D&P's Rapids Repair. I doubt you'll ever have to look again.
The shop was helpful in figuring out what services I needed and didnt need. They were flexible with the drop off and pick up. One of the mechanics I think his name was Marcus was extremely knowledgeable about services I could do myself if comfortable but was confident in the shops ability to do it as well. Marcus even showed me my service schedule and talked about when the next service would be due for different components.
10/10 — Highly recommend! I would drive from anywhere to bring my vehicle here. Marcus is amazing, Cody is awesome, and the team Nick has at this shop is hands down the best group of mechanics I’ve ever worked with. They’re incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and take pride in what they do. They consistently go above and beyond to get the job done right. If you’re taking your cars or trucks anywhere else, I’d strongly recommend giving DP’s a call first. You won’t be disappointed! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
It’s a hard decision to trust a new mechanic shop. Came here because of the great reviews and family owned. First experience was great but recently brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic. Figured out the problems and was just waiting to see what my warranty covered. Turns out, they never submitted a warranty claim (even though they ASSURED me they’d take care of it) and after me calling several times to check in or try to get things moving, it was ‘oh yes! We’ll get this taken care of right away’ only to be ghosted and no further communication. Super frustrating when you’re already dealing with vehicle issues and if they didn’t want to work on it, just say so and don’t lie about submitting claims? I wouldn’t waste your time if you have something more serious than an oil change.
D&Ps Rapids Repair did a good job replacing the pads and rotors on my 2020 Silverado. Reasonable priced.
