We had an outstanding experience with Curly's Heating and Air Conditioning. They replaced the heat exchanger on our furnace, and I can’t say enough about the level of customer service and professionalism we received. From Cameron, their after-hours technician who initially responded over the phone, to Michelle, the technician who came out the next day to complete the repair, both were knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. Our furnace went out the day before we were scheduled to close on our home and hand it over to the new owners, so timing was critical. Curly’s truly came through for us. Curleys tech Michelle G. Was wonderful. She replaced my 25 year old furnace with a new Comfortmaker. Arrived on fund and got right to work tearing our the old unit. She took total control of the installation and paid attention to details. She get my A+ review. Polite, efficient and a nice new furnace and a warm home. Thanks Michelle

We moved to Sartell 6 months ago to a very nice community. Our home is older and we had our furnace cleaned early spring. We then had some A/C problems. Just 2 days ago at 1 AM I woke up to our smoke alarm screaming, an odd odor and very hot metal panels over our furnace. I turned off the furnace, grabbed our fire extinguisher and called Curly's emergency number. Cameron was promptly here Friday morning. He replaced the run capacitor, changed the air filters and made sure the furnace was operating sufficiently. All 3 techs from your company that have been at our home have been professional and efficient. I am very impressed with your company and will recommend! Hopefully you won't hear from me until it's time to check and clean our system in the spring. Thank you!
