Seems professional over the phone and when you speak at first. But it is quite the opposite. Overcharged me for a landscaping service. Did not complete the work. I had to message back to ask when it would be done. The invoice came on time, but the work was not complete on time. Luckily the check was only for half the money so he did have to come and complete the work. He was very willing to pick up the check at a time that could work for me since my work has extensive hours, which I appreciated. For snow removal services. Did not complete the agreement. The first snowstorm he claims he “went to the neighbors”. My neighbors have contracted others who came on time and did the correct house… so I believe this was a lie based on speaking with my neighbors. The second time he came the work inc

I couldn’t have asked for a better landscape company. Joe is an excellent owner of a company where he takes pride in prompt, reasonable and friendly. The work is perfect and they were done in record time. I am recommending him to anyone that needs their yard done. Wish I had got him for my back yard, but had down payment with another landscaper and still waiting.

Joe does such conscientious work. He's friendly to talk to which makes communication easier. He made an error with the seed mix put down. But took full responsibility and spent many hours correcting the problem. Do not hesitate calling him. Really!

Joe was very responsive and helpful in assessing my landscaping project and determining the best ways to proceed. He was upfront about any obstacles and costs. He and his crew worked hard to get the project done quickly. There was not waiting weeks to start or finish the work. Joe personally helped me choose the best plants for the landscaping areas and the finished product is beautiful. I highly recommend Vitak!

Joe came back 4 times to ensure I was satisfied with the work completed. He remained professional and did a great job fixing my yard. It was a real mess when he started. Looking forward to seeing all the new grass. Thanks Joe! I just had Joe put in a parking spot in the back yard. It looks amazing!
