These guys are great! Was quoted $8,000 by the big guys to repair a pipe due to root growth. AAA Team took a look, cleaned the issue out, and were out the door in less than 30 mins, for a fraction of the cost! If you are getting quoted crazy money, have AAA team give a second opinion. 10/10 would recommend, always going to these guys from now on. Can’t recommend enough!
Nick and Hunter came out to inspect clogged drain problem in our detached garage. Embarrassingly enough all they had to do was lift up the cap and it drain immediately. Not a clogged pipe problem at all. We all laughed. They continued to use a wire brush to clean the cap off for me. And then said no charge!! I said I would definitely pay them their trip charge, but they said “ Not necessary” and for me to have a good day! I highly recommend these guys. This is the second time they’ve done work for me at our home.
Great and timely service. Roto rooter had been over 3 times within the last month and installed clean outs in front of house. Sewer backed up again a few weeks later. Called AAA at 10pm on a Wednesday night and they showed up 8 am the next morning. Chained my Sewer and let me know there should not be any other issues if this is done every few years. Could not recommend more. Pass on overpriced underperfoming Roto Rooter.
Excellent response time. Great communication by the techs who came out to do the work. They cleaned the area where the work was completed. We were charged a fair price for the work completed.
Great service! They were at my house within a couple of hours of my call and had my floor drain cleared in less than half an hour. The charge was about a third of their competitor ($ 150 vs. minimum $ 425 from RR). Definitely my go-to for any future problems!
