I had a million options for a hvac and plumbing group to revamp and upgrade my hi-end sump pump and back-up battery system. Since I had the original receipt from a previous owner, I decided to use Rol Air. It was the best decision I made for two reasons. First, the quick response, courteous attention, and accurate follow-up and monitoring of the work by the company was superb. You can't ask for better service. But, of even greater importance was Rol Air on-site professional Jeff Super. (no pun, that's his name). Jeff was professional and thorough as he patiently and cheerfully walked me through the entire process of checking out, replacing parts and making my sump-pump (which is crucial for our property) hum like new. Happy Customer, Brandon was great! He was personable, approachable and straight forward. He identified my issue, walked me through his thought process, presented me with options, and executed my decisions. He didn't waste time once he started, was respectful of my home and family present, and recapped the work completed prior to payment. Will definitely use Hero for future needs.
