Randy is a Lifesaver! I cannot thank Randy at Batteries Plus enough for his incredible help today. I’ve been dealing with a failing alternator and arrived from St. Paul with a completely dead battery. I’m currently in a position where I simply don't have the time to swap out the new alternator sitting in my backseat. I was stuck, but Randy stepped in without hesitation. He put my battery on the charger so I could make it back home. He didn't ask a single question, he just saw a customer in need and provided enormous help with a kind attitude. Randy is an excellent guy and a true professional. If you need reliable service and a team that actually cares, this is the place to go. Thank you so much, Randy, and thank you, Batteries Plus! Brad
Needed a side by side battery charged but didn't own the right type of charger. Also didn't know if the battery was even chargeable. They kept it, charged it overnight, and tested it the next day for me. I was fortunate the battery was good. They didn't charge me anything for it (no pun intended). Nice service they provide. I've been here other times to buy batteries of all types, and light bulbs. They've replaced key fob batteries for me too. Good place to do business with, in my experience.
I talked to Randy about the battery needed for my 2016 CanAm Spyder. He satisfied all my concerns, so I ordered it online. I saved some money. I picked it up the next day and spoke to Gary, who finalized the transaction. I enjoy doing business with this store location.
I have been using batteries plus for several years, I love what the owner stands for and I’ve tried supporting, and I’ve never once had a single issue. Unfortunately, today two of my batteries quit working and I went in to warranty them. As they’re are hardly two years old. The guy tells me that he can’t warranty them until he thaws them out mind you it’s 30° today I doubt they’re frozen. Also you’re selling batteries in MN. He tested them and said they’re reading low even.
Employees were cool but they sold me 3 amp hours less than my original battery at double the cost of amazon, seems like they just went for the correct size but didn't match the original specs at all. Need more employee training obviously
