They did a great job. Very friendly and answered all my questions. I went through them instead of my cell phone provider and I’m happy that I did. I made an appointment online, and in about two hours my screen was fixed, with a new screen protector on. A lot cheaper than going through my cell phone provider, even with insurance!

They are very professional and cool! I was without my phone for 2 weeks and they saved my Samsung Galaxy 7 edge's life today, repairing it with a new screen. I am definitely satisfied and will be returning for their services in the future! PS. Nolan you are the man! Lol

Well, it started out in a not so good way. I had made an appointment for Friday. When I arrived they did not have the item needed for the repair. In the future if an appointment is made please ensure the items are available. When I arrived on Monday, as I was out of town for the weekend, all went very well. They even gave me the discount for scheduling my appointment on line for Friday very happy at this point.

Came in to the store looking to get a new battery for my iPhone 5. Really didn’t know if I should but after listening to Lance say it’s cheaper than buying a new phone and my issues that I described didn’t sound like issues to need a new phone, I had them replace the battery. Super fast, answered all the questions I had plus I watched them answer at least a dozen questions from other customers were some bought things and others just needed good advice. I appreciate a place like this.

It took them over a week to get the part them 4 hours to try and fix my phone which they did a bad job doing. The speaker is cracked from them trying to fix the glass and it's coming apart if there was a negative star they would get that. I have to buy a new phone now because I can't hear anyone when they call.
