The man who owns the business has a half century of experience. What a lifetime of accumulated knowledge and dedication! He was able to fix my jewelry when others said it could not be fixed. He was very transparent about what it would cost to fix the jewelry so I could decide if I wanted to have it fixed. Of course, I did have him fix the jewelry because the price was very reasonable especially due to his years of experience. Also, you will find him to be very friendly.
If you need teeny kinks unraveled in a dainty soft gold necklace, this is your guy! Not only did he get the 3 knots out, he cleaned it up so it looked even better than when I bought it! What a nice human and lovely shop. Don't look anywhere else, you found him!
