I brought a fuel tank in to be repaired for 2 small leaks, he welded it and I put it back on my truck to find 4 welds leaking fuel, and on top of it he did a air test. I had to go through the hassle of taking it back of off my truck again to bring back to him. He tried to weld on the tank to fix the leaks and the end result is my tank still leaks and is junk! I would not recommend anybody to go to him unless you want a headache and to waste your time and money!!

I wanted to build a custom pontoon for my husband. I bought an old pontoon and paid someone to restore it for me. Long story short, they took the cash and left me with a stripped pontoon. I was too far in to back out at this point. I am in Finance and know NOTHING about pontoons. I didn't know how I was going to start or the first thing about building a pontoon. I purchased an oem center log to start and had no idea how to mount the new log onto such an old frame. I was over my head and out of my league. At this point, everyone thought I was out of my mind. I contacted Bob at North Side Welding and told him my "insane" plan. Everyone I had talked to up to this point, said the pontoon would never happen, it wasn't possible. I purchased a boat that had a missing guide post on the trailer. I brought it to Northside Welding and they added one as good as new, exceeding all of my expectations. I would gladly do business with them again. Price was more than fair, and they replaced the pvc covering on the other post too so the new one matched well. Thanks Northside Welding!!
