I had a great experience with Augusta Garage Door Repair this morning. My garage door suddenly wouldn’t open, and after checking it out, I realized one of the large springs had broken. I called at 6:49 AM, and the woman who answered was incredibly friendly and helpful. To my surprise, they had two service technicians at my house by about 7:10 AM. By 7:33 AM, the repair was already completed. Less than an hour from my initial call, my garage door was fully fixed and working perfectly again. That kind of speed and efficiency is impressive, but what really stood out was how friendly and professional everyone was throughout the process. The work was done quickly and clearly by people who know what they’re doing. I highly recommend Augusta Garage Door Repair for any garage door service needs

My experience working with Augusta Garage Door was awesome! Dustin really knows what he's doing! He and Casey were kind, professional, and really cared about my satisfaction with our new door. I would recommend them to anyone! We got such a beautiful door from Wayne Dalton through them and I could not be happier with the quality and service.

We would typically request bids from multiple contractors; however, I didn't feel the need to after speaking with Dustin and his wife. We had a lot of questions! They were quick to respond, professional and very kind regarding my lack of knowledge. Dustin replaced two garage doors (with better insulated doors) and an opener. We were not in hurry but they were installed quickly, even though one had to be ordered. Our old doors were noticeably loud but after Dustin worked his magic, can't hear anything!! Extremely happy customers, would definitely recommend!!! Great price, they look and sound awesome, great service and NO HIDDEN FEES!

I received a prompt return call, before "normal " business hours, they took into account my needs and had my garage door repaired quickly. Dustin didn't just repair it he showed me some simple maintenance of the wheels and track that will keep it up and working properly! I am impressed and very thankful for the prompt and professional service!
