I hired them in 2022 to replace aging geothermal units in my home and install a back-up boiler so I can use the duel-fuel program from Connexus Energy. It was a large expense and something I did my homework on. What I liked best was that they are second generation family company owned and operated. I knew if there was going to be any issues that they would remember ME and help ME. Not some employee that may or may not be there in a year. They recommended I swap out the PVC for copper pipe and also switch from a pressurized to non-pressurized system. No one else recommended that and after I heard the reasoning I totally understood why...If the pressure is off by a small amount the units stop working and you have to call in a repair guy to repressurize. I have a 5 ton geothermal system for my house. It has been in use since 2007. Unfortunately the system control board on the compressor unit failed. The serviceman named Jason, came out to my house looked through the unit, and figured out the control board have failed. Fortunately Jason had a spare control board he installed and got my heating and air-conditioning back un-line in about an hour. It was obvious that Jason truly knew how to figure out what was wrong make the repairs using his replacement of parts. Jason was very knowledgeable and professional.
