Wonderful service picking up here today. Checked in at 0630 and was loaded in 10 minutes! Everyone was very professional. I will gladly pick up from here again!
Horrible customer service and they always schedule deliveries that are always 2-4 days late and say “they didn’t make the truck” as to why it’s late. Their drivers are always unfriendly and have to be very unskilled because they are too lazy to back into a warehouse driveway always stating “Their truck is too long” even though we have longer trucks do it all the time. I would never use this company for any of your freight needs if you care about customer service or receiving it on time or in a timely matter.
Easy access, overnight parking. Office located in house. Unloaded within 30min of arrival! Very friendly folks. Pilot at I-94 exit 171
Very rude, very impolite doesn't take the time to explain the process. Will never use them. Had to give them a star just to leave a review. That's the only reason why it has one star.
