The very fast service and cordial technician made what I thought was going to be a very long and huge process, very simple and easy. I was very impressed with their prompt attention to my microwave repair; I had called several other appliance repair companies first and no one would work on my microwave. Omega was here the next day! They had to order a part and went and picked it up and then put the new part in my microwave the next day. I couldn't be happier and I would recommend Omega Appliance Repair to any household or business!
Jacob provided excellent service to repair our washing machine. He made two trips and arrived on time and was very efficient in his assessment and repair. He was very personable and explained his findings and warranty for service. Excellent technician! Very pleased with Omega and the customer care and service they provided!
