I had a bad experience at an oil change place about 20 years ago and ever since I’ve had my husband take my car for oil changes. He had a great experience at the St. Cloud Valvoline and told me they were very nice and had me bring my car today. Alex and Joshua were absolutely amazing. All of the guys were super friendly. Thanked me for coming in and we’re just sweet. Thank you so much for such a great service.

They replaced a lightbulb on the driver side first, Then around 6 days later the other side of my lightbulb wasn’t working so I went to go get it replaced. I have the receipts and after they “changed” it alongside having all of the info on the receipt, my lightbulb stops working again and I go to them asking if the replacement went wrong but the manager himself said that they only fixed one lightbulb after I complained they cheated me out of my money and didn’t provide me with the services even though I paid for two separate lightbulbs with a 6 day interval to get fixed and have the receipts for it, meaning that they have not only cheated me out of my money but also didn’t provide me with the services I paid for.This is shady business that scams its customers and I don’t approve.

States away from home and almost closing time these guys went above and beyond to get me squared away so that I could get home safe. Super nice and super helpful. Could not have had a better experience. Thank you so much to the two men working !!!!!!!!

I was told that they will check your a/c fir free and if there was something wrong a they will notice you to be repaired and NOT charge the system , well it had a bug leak the next day the tech confirmed that after paying $225 dlrs and told me I could get a recharge for free . I ended paying 600 dlrs . Si think twice about getting your a/ c recharged . Somebody from the shop text me and after a very elaborated back and forth excuses I got nothing . Ah also bought a rear wiper blade for the rear and then days later it broke and hit lost! 🤣🤣🤣🤷🏼

Love this area. No appt for an oil change and they were super fast. Best of all they are authorized by the Chevy dealership to do oil changes when the dealership is backed up on appointments. Only the best for my car. They also suggested full synthetic oil so I could go longer before my next oil change
