I scheduled appt online for cleaning and deodorizing my couch and loveseat. They called day before to try and reschedule. Which we weren't able to do with dates given. Also, I explained the couch and loveseat are at my daughter's house but I will be the one paying for it. Guy shows up next day for the appt, he already seemed upset. My son-in-law texted* this to me and paraphrasing some of the employees comments: *He's already gone. I'm not sure if the combination of bad roads, the bad condition of the couches, and a conversation with his supervisor did it, but they essentially came down pretty hard with the following... "'Look, we're not looking to rob you blind. The couches are too far gone, and it would be a waste of our time and your money to have us attempt to clean them. We won't tou
Very poor experience. Booked job online, day came and estimate was 240$ over estimate given online at time of booking. Apparently there’s a higher cost for pet odor…this is not posted any where online, was not explained to me with booking or rescheduling and poorly explained at time of job. Got carpet and furniture (not heavily soiled) cleaned and de odorized, Furniture and flooring still smells. 3 pieces of furniture and living room done in less than an hr. They said they would re do for free, guy came out today and just sprayed something on and was gone in 15 mins. I’m sorry that’s not redoing it. Spoke with manager, he’s said he’d call me back next day to check in and 2wks later I have yet to hear from him. Over 700$ spent, and we’re on a tight budget and was very much wasted. V
Had them out through costco to clean my furnace ducts. Had original date set and I took the day off work. They no called, no showed me. When I called and asked why they were adamant the manager called multiple times and left a voicemail which was a lie. They claimed it was too cold that day for their machines to work (not true) but then the day we rescheduled for was just as cold and they came out. (I found out that they had to cancel carpet cleaning in the area the original appointment date because it was too cold for that service so they just canceled my appointment as well but instead of being honest they lied to me again) in total I took 1.5 days off work because of their mix up and they gave me whopping $50 off the service which cost me almost $1k. The guys that came out did do an ok
Graham n Joe did a great job very knowledgeable n friendly were able to get all the carpet stains out very honest
Taylor came out to clean our old, pet stained carpets with the odor eliminator (extra) and they look new again! Very friendly, quick process and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond- Highly recommend
