We are not satisfied with our windows that were washed today. Water spots that we didn’t have prior to today’s cleaning. Just not a good experience. We are a repeat customer. Not sure we can continue to be able to say that in the future. The photos are only of one window we have more windows that are just as bad some worse.
Caleb came out on time and quickly went to work after intructions, asking about any damages, and pointing out flaws in our windows. He is genuinely in a nice young man with a great work ethic. I also had Edge Services clean my screens, they're SO clean!! The open communication that they have is great, I found the text reminders so helpful. I highly recommend.
